MID-E16
BiomaxID MID-E16 is a 16-floor elevator access master controller that authorizes floor access on a per-user basis — ensuring each passenger can only reach their assigned floors. Once authenticated via Wiegand input from a BiomaxID face recognition terminal or RFID reader, the controller triggers the corresponding floor relay for direct floor access without requiring any button press inside the elevator car.
Designed for office towers, residential high-rises, hotels, and hospitals, this TCP/IP network-ready lift control panel manages up to 16 individual floors via dedicated relay outputs. It features fire alarm input for emergency bypass — releasing all floor restrictions during critical events to ensure passenger safety.
The MID-E16 accepts Wiegand input (WG26/WG34) from external verification devices, including BiomaxID face terminals and standard card readers. For buildings requiring more than 16 floors, the RS485 expansion port connects to additional slave boards, cascading up to 64 floors or more. Additional features include manual input for maintenance overrides, LED floor status indicators, and TCP/IP connectivity for centralized management via Access Control V6 software.
